The entry box for the 39th Pepsi North America Cup closed Tuesday morning with 17 three-year-old pacers entered, five of them Ontario Sired.
A pair of $50,000 eliminations will be contested this Saturday at Woodbine Mohawk Park to determine the field for the $1 million final on Saturday, June 18.

#1 Century Inspector (Hes Watching)

Century Inspector made six starts in the OSS as a two-year-old, finishing with a record of 0-1-1 and qualifying for the Gold Super Final where he finished seventh.
He has made two starts in 2022, including a win his last time out. His lifetime mark is 1:51.3 set last August in a Gold division at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
#5 Stonebridge Helios (Sunshine Beach)

Stonebridge Helios was a star in the OSS at two, winning $185,125, and three Gold legs. He also won a division of the Champlain during his novice season
To start his three-year-old campaign he won his SBOA Elimination, and won the Final by a length. In his final tune up for the Pepsi North America Cup, he was third in his Somebeachsomewhere division.
#9 Kolby Two Step (Betterthancheddar)

Trainer: Timothy Gillespie
Owners: Timothy Gillespie and Jason Churchill.
As a two-year-old, Kolby Two Step made six starts, five of them in the OSS. He won a Gold and Grassroots division and was fifth in the Super Final.
This season he has made one start, in the Somebeachsomewhere, where he was second to Pebble Beach, who will start from post four in this same elimination.

#3 Magical Arthur (Artspeak)

Magical Arthur was a force in the OSS last season. He won two Gold divisions and was runner-up in the Super Final. He earned $216,215 in his freshman campaign.
This year he has made four starts, and has a record of 1-0-2, and is coming off a win his last time out in the Somebeachsomewhere where he paced a lifetime best mark of 1:50.3.
#4 Ron (Sportswriter)
Driver: Jody Jamieson
Trainer: James Dean
Owner: Wilma and James Mackenzie.
In 14 starts as a two-year-old Ron had a record of 4-1-1, including a sweep of the Ontario Sired Harvest Series in the fall.
He has 1 win from 3 starts to begin his sophomore campaign, and was sixth in his last start in the SBOA Final.
