The Ontario Sires Stakes program coordinator would like to remind all participants who are planning to nominate their OSS eligible yearlings in May that all yearlings must be registered at time of nomination and Standardbred Canada requires that the DNA and microchipping be completed before the foal is registered.
OSS Yearling Nomination deadline is May 15, 2024 at a fee of $100. Late nominations received after the May deadline will be charged a late fee of $500. All participants are encouraged to be registered with Standardbred Canada early to avoid late OSS nomination charges.
